We started moving slowly along the south shore of Puerto Rico. We stopped in Salinas, a large well protected bay backed by the mountain range sprawling down towards the sea. The bay is also home to a family of manatees thus we didn’t see any.
We went ashore to stretch our legs, do some provisioning and sample the local cuisine.
This shore has filled our freezer with 2 king fish (sierra), a blue jack and a tuna. We also hocked couple of barracudas that we happily returned to the sea 😆.
Lots of excitement reeling the fish in!
Cheers 🥂
