vinegarbookVinegar has been a mainstay of many recipes and uses for thousands of years. Vinegar results when wine or another alcoholic liquid is allowed to ferment a second time, turning it acetic. It may come from the juice of sweet fruits and grains, roots or wood.

There are multiple types and flavours vinegars available when it comes to food enhancement and vinaigrettes. It is fat free and low in sodium.
